  • From start to finish, Todd was absolutely incredible. I was a first time home buyer. I used to be a loan officer and understand the mortgage process quite well and swore to myself that I would never be like all those first time home buyers that are needy and nervous. But alas, I turned into the super stressed and nervous first time home buyer. I don't know how he did it but Todd kept me calm, much less stressed than I otherwise would have been, and kept me completely rational at all times. It was never about his commission but only looking out for my best interest. He kept me super informed at all times from making offers, calming me back down when I lost an offer, to entering escrow and completing inspections, to asking for repairs, renegotiating purchase price to my extreme benefit when it came in below contract price and seller wanted me to cover the difference, to closing in the middle of a pandemic when everything was shut down.

    The mortgage broker I used was atrocious and Todd stepped in there too. He got the mortgage broker back in line, on track and assisted with all conditions. If it weren't for Todd, I don't think this transaction would have completed successfully.

    The level of service Todd provides exceeded all expectations to a high degree. He even paid to have a maid go in and completely deep clean the house prior to me moving in so when I got there it was ready to go. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, super intelligent, friendly, fight for you type of realtor, I highly recommend Todd.

  • Todd is a fantastic agent, and a real pleasure to work with. My wife I met him at a house he was showing. We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and arranged to work with him as our agent in searching for a home. Over the next several months, Todd arranged for us to see 75-100 homes in the San Fernando Valley. He worked tirelessly for us, and somehow found a way to fit in all the home visits into his already busy schedule. When we bid on a home, Todd helped us bid strategically, and then win the bid (in a small bidding war). Then, when both escrow and the bank made mistakes during escrow, Todd literally saved the sale by straightening out both sides. We bought a probate property which a lot of agents don't even want to deal with because of the time involved, we made our offer in June and closed in November.
